Rule of Life #137

I love when Olivia does her "rules of life," but I came up with one of my own.

Rule of Life #137:
Never start a diet when you're PMSing. You're almost certainly doomed to fail!

Oh totally. I always wanted peanut m&ms and fritos. Wierd, I know, but I liked it.

You are right, by starting now you can make a difference for next winter. You can do this!

Don't worry about your feelings, they can be misleading. They don't control us and we don't have to give in to them (though we often do). Just focus on your faith, and you haven't lost "that girl" that you were.

She's still there inside, she's just overlooked lately. The more you do that is a new normal for you (like brushing teeth, fixing hair, etc.) the more she'll come back!

It is okay to take a day off when you PMS- I never like salted things like chips, until those few days...
